Botswana Blackeye

Climbing vine, minimal prostrate growth. Very slight pigmentation at nodes. Pale violet flowers, nearly white. Straight to slightly curved, pale straw pods hang pendant throughout the canopy. Pods measure 4.6-7.5" long. Cream-colored, kidney to rhomboid-shaped seeds with black eyes. 11-15 seeds per pod. Moderate productivity and below average vigor when grown in 2023 at Heritage Farm.
