Silver Dollar

Red-purple, round, ping pong ball (or silver dollar) sized roots. Summer radish. Excellent flavor and texture; sweet and moderately peppery. Smooth skin. White flesh. Brix score: 4.0. Roots measure 1-1.5" long and wide and weigh 0.5-1oz. Plants reach 5-7" tall and 7-12" wide. Small, hairy leaves with purple petioles. Quick to mature. Brix 4.1. SSE Accession # 118660
