Grand Asia

Reddish purple skin with white flesh. Somewhat dry, dense flesh with a delicate sweetness to it. Typical of many varieties from the Pacific RIm. This one produces large crops, dependably in our rocky clay soil. Though not typical of American type sweet potatoes, I find this to be a favorite for baking and eating, skin and all, with no extra sweetening.
