Delicata

Winter squash of which there are many sub-varieties. This was obtained simply as Delicata. Deep green foliage with some pinnate divisions; the fruits are harvested with a green-and-white stripe pattern, yet they continue to ripen after harvest and their skin pattern changes to orange-and-white, beginning at the blossom end.
