Zold Kalinkoi

C. annuum. This bell pepper matures from yellow green to red. The peppers measure 2.5" wide and 4" long. They have thin skin, are sweet, and juicy. They are fairly crunchy as well. The peppers grow in an erect to horizontal habit on 2' tall plants. They have high productivity and are early maturing. Donated to SSE by Sharon Vadas-Arendt (CO VA S). This variety is from the USDA collection (PI 288939). The USDA received it in 1963 from the Institute for Plant Production & Qualification in Tapioszele, Hungary. SSE Accession # 117897
