Chinchi Uchu Large

Medium to high heat. C. baccatum. Small, roundish fruit ripen from green to red. Sweet and hot, fruity, and juicy. Fruit are erect. Immature fruit have some purple striping. Fruit measure 0.5in long by 0.6in wide. Moderately thick flesh for small fruit. Very seedy. White flowers with greenish yellow spots. Green, densely branched plants grow up to 2.75ft tall. Highly productive in 2015 growout at Heritage Farm. Very late maturing. Donated to SSE by Karl Heinrichs (NY HE K) who acquired this variety from Redwood City Seed Company. SSE Accession # 118095
