Ginseng Orange

Mutation of Ginseng Red, having more of an orange color skin and orange flesh. Produces slips very well, which hold at an ideal size longer than many other varieties. Regenerates slips rapidly when they are pulled, making this a good one for sales. Roots are nicely formed, keep well and have classic sweet potato flavor, texture and appearance (not exotic).
