Terry Winter

Pre-Civil War apple from Fulton County, GA. Grows well throughout the South, even in the coastal plains. Smallish fruit unless thinned, but very high yield and quality. Crisp, juicy fruit has thick yellow skin with red accents and is mildly subacid in flavor. Ripens in mid-October at our farm.
