Oreilles du Diable

Gorgeous, bronze, deer-tongue lettuce. Long, narrow, triangular leaves are slightly blistered. Large, uniform plants reach 7-8 inches tall, 16-20 inches wide. Some tip burn but otherwise plants hold up well in the heat. Open growth habit. Leaves fairly tough and thick. Sweet, somewhat astringent. Bolt resistant. SSE Accession # 112387
