Rosso Sicilian

Also known as Togetta, Russo Sicilian Togetta, and Rosso di Togetta. Italian variety brought to America from Torretta, Sicily in 1987. Plants produce beautiful red, deeply ribbed, oblate fruits that are 4-7 ounces. Acidic taste, but brix test shows same range as other tomatoes. Makes good sauce and paste. Regular leaves, indeterminate. About 80 days to maturity after transplanting.
