True Hillbilly

Single Image
VEGETABLES / TOMATO
OTHER-COLORED
From a former customer of a seed company I used to work for. His neighbor had the Hillbilly tomato that the company sold, and he was irritated that it was not the same as the Hillbilly tomato he had been saving for 30+ years. He also said that what the company sold was the 'Flame Strain'. The main difference is that the fruits seemed to have more red/orange/yellow marbling than the seed company's, which had very little red. The fruits also seemed to be a little bit larger on average. Good flavor, so it found a permanent home in my garden. Potato leaf, indeterminate. About 75 days to maturity.
