Green Eyed Peas

Early maturing, bushy cowpea with short runners. Pods are green and 6-8 inches long. 9-14 seeds per pod. Peas are small and nearly white with a faint green colored eye. Dry peas have a slightly green, earthy flavor and a smooth, buttery texture. Moderately productive at Heritage Farm. SSE Accession # 108836
