Alabaster

Large, solid roots. Roots reach 3.5-4.5" long, 3-4" wide, and 8-12oz. Plants 2' tall, 2.5' wide. Fair flavor, slightly bitter when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Donated to SSE by John Wyncoll (ENGL WY J) who acquired the variety from an unknown commercial source. SSE Accession # 107294
