New Mexico No. 6 Mild

C. annuum. This New Mexican pepper matures from green to red. The fruit measures 5-7" long, 1.4-1.8" wide, and 2-3 oz. They are elongate in shape and grow in a pendant position. The plants are 2-3 ft tall. The eating qualities are good! The skin is pretty thick, though the pepper still has a nice crunch. It has a mild, sweet heat that dissapates quickly.
