Cherokee Trail of Tears

Black seeds with purplish tint within string pods of green/purple on vigorous vines that need a tall trellis (7-8' or more). Flowers are pink/purple on attractive plants. Harvest pods small to eat as fresh green bean and avoid the string. Very productive once they begin producing. Were tolerant of semi shade in my yard and little additional water.
