Noir des Carmes

A small, ribbed, dark-green skinned melon with orange flesh. The skin begins to turn orange when ripening. Sweet with a very delicious and unique, spicy flavor. Check melons DAILY as they tend to split. When they begin to show the first color-change, given a gentle tug they will easily slip when ripe.
