Gunlock

Heirloom variety from Gunlock, KY. Grown there for generations and generally referred to as "Old Time White Sweet Potato." 2021 was my first year growing this variety. It produced a nice crop of 1-2 lb roots. White skin and flesh. Seems to be firm fleshed. Heart shaped leaves, moderate vines. Roots were almost all right under the main stem of the plant, making for easy harvest. Obtained from Pauline Shepherd of Gunlock, KY
