Yellow flesh is moderately coarse, at first very hard but later more tender and somewhat crisp, juicy, and subacid. Good for kitchen or market use and keeps well. Tree is vigorous and spreading, generally biennial bearing. Ripens late season in Zone 4. DNA tested in 2023 and confirmed correct.
