VEGETABLES / TOMATO
RED
Heirloom from Italy via Professor Abelardo Piovano of the National University of Argentina. Plants are bushy with lots of leaf cover. Fruits are elongated (4-5 inches long), bright red, in clusters that have all fruits ripen at once. The flesh is a bit drier than most paste types, but makes excellent paste or ketchup. Very high yields. Regular leaves, indeterminate. About 65 days to maturity after transplanting.
