Large, pink beefsteak tomato. Indeterminate growth habit. Ripe fruit retain a slight green shoulder. Deeply recessed, strongly ribbed stem end. Slightly indented blossom end. Blossom end rot uncommon. Slight radial cracking on some fruit. Fruit born mostly singly but sometimes in clusters of up to three. Standard leaves. Slightly exserted stigmas. Ripe fruit reach 2.5-3" long by 3.4-4.7" wide and weigh 0.45-1.1 lbs. Good flavor. Moderately sweet and tart. Medium acidity. Juicy. Soft texture. Mid-season maturing. Low productivity when grown in 2013 at Heritage Farm. Donated to SSE by Allan Mobley. This variety was given to Mobley by his father-in-law and was grown from generation to generation in Albany, GA.
