Opal

Large pink beefsteak type; indeterminate. Very productive in our garden and great taste. First ones off the plant are over one pound and as the season progresses they may get smaller. Originally from Tony and Helen Meierotto of West Point, Iowa. They named it after the lady they got the seed from in 1975.
