Toponova Kuroda

Orange roots with green coloring near the top and bright orange flesh. Pointed roots taper, but are not completely straight as other varieties. Highly uniform roots 6-7.5" long and weigh 2-4 oz. Dense leaves are yellow-green in color and are highly dissected. Several plants bolted by week 27 when grown at Heritage Farm in 2015. A solid tasting carrot that is moderately sweet and juicy, but has a great classic carrot taste. SSE Accession # 106939
