Haralson

Minnesota 1923. Bred at U of M Fruit Farm. Med. to Lg. fruit heavily striped with red. Very juicy white flesh, sweet tart mild flavor. Eating, baking, cider. Keeps 4-6 months. Res. to scab, blight, drought, but susceptible to sooty blotch, flyspeck, and fruit rots in high heat and humidity. May bear 2nd year after planting.
