Dolmalik Biber

Capsicum annuum. Originating in Turkey, this is a great stuffing pepper. Shorter plants at two feet tall, with dark green foliage. Fruit starts out light green and matures to a darker red. Fruit size is 4 to 5 inches long by 2 inches wide, three- or four-lobed. Thin skin and thin flesh with little or no heat, a slight smokiness and good flavor.
