Absinthe

Large (often 1+ lb.), irregular, green-when-ripe tomatoes develop an amber blush when ripe. Good production on healthy vines. Very juicy and soft when fully ripe–consume promptly. Wonderful flavor: sweet, distinctive and compelling – rave comments from customers; excellent flavor is no hallucination! Developed from crosses of Brandywine, Emeraude and Aunt Ruby's German Green by Alan Bishop.
