Mirabilis multiflora

Desert Four O'Clock, Colorado Four O'Clock. This western native is hardy to Zone 4. It emerges very late in the spring and starts blooming by the first of July, continuing through late summer or early fall. A position in full sun with no supplemental water (once the plant is established) will help prevent it from becoming a floppy monster. 1-2' tall x 4' wide.
