Good flavor, crisp and juicy. This variety is best used for flavoring soups or stews. Stalk celery. Green stalks and leaves. Numerous leaves for a stalk celery. Upright plants measure 1.7-2.2' tall and 1.0-1.7' wide. This variety was given to SSE by Shane Murphy (CA MU S) who received it from Anpetu Oihankesni (CO OI A). SSE Accession # 107362
