Carol Chyko's Big Paste Black

This was my favorite all time tomato of 2023. Very large dark brown exterior with a deep mahogany interior with green jell few seeds, very meaty and large most over 1# fruit. Very good producer. Has a great umami flavor on top of a smokey acid sweetness. Great for adding that smokey flavor to your sauces. Adds a deep rich color to sauces.
