C. annuum. This is a hot pepper with a mild heat. It is slightly sweet and fairly juicy. With medium-thin walls it has a good, crunchy texture. The fruits are a triangular/conical shape and have very smooth, glossy skin. The fruit ripen from green to dark red. The fruit tends to go soft somewhat quickly on the plant after ripening.
