Pole lima bean. Seeds are half white and half mottled with black/dark maroon. Dry beans have a mild, earthy flavor. Pods average 3-3.5 inches long and usually contain 3 seeds, though 4 is not uncommon. Average productivity. Mid to late season maturing. Chris Inhulsen (GA IN C) obtained this variety in 2000 from the South Carolina Foundation Seed Association. The lima was collected in the mid 1990s by Dr. Bradshaw (retired, Clemson University Horticulture Dept.) from the Loudermilk family of Seneca, SC and distributed through the Foundation Seed Program at Clemson University.
