Average sized white roots. Average sized leaves with ornamental white stems. Plants reach 1-2' tall before bolting. Good for summer or autumn use. Grown by Sydney Christensen in 2024 for the Collection Documentation Project; Sydney commented that it was a good white beet and was better in autumn than summer to minimize bolting. Donated to SSE by Will Bonsall (ME BO W) who requested it from Don Branscomb (CA BR D). Potentially from Turkey. SSE Accession # 106309
