DRY-POLE
One vine grew 8' and produced two cups of dry pods, 3 1/2 x 5/8 x 3/8", with usually 5 seeds, black when ripe,,1/2 x 5/8 x 1/8-1/4". Edible green or dry. Ripened starting Oct 3 (100 days in part shade) through Oct 24, 2022. Seed companies say it is a 300 year heirloom. Very well matched to our climate and soil. 2022 seed, at least 10. Seed sent me was old and germinated only 10% but did well.
