Chinese Celery Cabbage

Heading Chinese cabbage. Cylindrical heads, similar to Michihli. Large, green leaves are hairy and upright with a toothed margin. Plants reach 26 inches tall and three feet wide. The heads on this variety have a great texture that is very crunchy and super juicy. Slight mustard flavor. Becomes much sweeter after a frost. Brassica rapa.
