Field pea. Good for use as a cover crop. Not edible. Tall but spindly plants with few leaves. Plants reach 5 feet tall on a trellis. Very susceptible to powdery mildew. Small pods. One pod per node. Purple flowers. Very late maturing. Dun colored seeds with a black hilum. SSE Accession # 132981
