No Name Chinese Chili

C. annuum. Mild heat and very sweet! Fruit are triangular and ripen from purple, yellow, orange, and finally to red. Fruits average 1" long and 0.6" wide. Moderately thick walls and highly seedy. Fruits horizontal to pendant with smooth skin. Leaves green with a light anthocyanin hue and a striated stem. Densely branching, erect plants. Purple flowers. Aromatics of a sweet pepper with a bit of bite at the end. Perhaps a lovely snacking pepper! Very vigorous and productive when grown in 2023 at Heritage Farm. SSE Accession # 116589
