VEGETABLES / RUNNER-BEAN
SSE received this white-flowered runner bean in 2006 from Christopher Hoetschl (WI HO C) of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Christopher acquired the variety in 2005 from fellow lister Donaline Rogers (WI RO D) of Iola, WI, who obtained it in 1996 from Pinetree Garden Seeds in New Gloucester, Maine. Donaline noted that it makes a good lima bean substitute.
