Lubiana

Roots yellow, slender, tapered, up to 11.5" long with a large pale yellow core, smooth skin, and flat shoulders, not splitting or cracking. Grown by Gene Forster in 2021 for the Collection Documentation Project; he described the taste as "dry and bland" and rated the variety "fair" overall. Given to SSE by John Navazio (WA NA J2) who obtained the variety from CV Ga1. SSE Accession # 107060
