Tanacetum niveum

Snow Daisy. The plants explode in mid-summer with white, daisy-like flowers that nearly completely obscure the foliage. Shearing the stems when blooming is complete returns the plants to neat, grey-green mounds of finely cut, aromatic foliage for the rest of the season (though a summer rain may entice the plants to bloom again).
