Hot pepper. Medium-green pods, medium wall thickness, fruit 1.5-2" wide by 6-7" long. Some fruits are flattened and blunt-ended while some are more conical. Very similar to a NuMex Big Jim. Typical pepper plant habit, about 24" high, with moderate foliage cover. Good productivity. Very crisp, fresh flavor. Great for frying, roasting, or grilling. Medium heat. Mid-season. Grown by Reid Mannetter in 2025 for the Collection Documentation Project; Reid commented they liked the variety overall. SSE Accession # 116082
