Royal Red

Leaf lettuce with mildly ruffled leaves that are bright red early, later mostly green. Good bolt and tipburn resistance. Grown by Diana Rogers in 2020 for the Collection Documentation Project; she described the taste as tender and sweet. SSE Accession # 111614
