85 days. indet., heavy cover of regular leaf foliage, plant resembles Opalka except the leaves were somewhat broader, less wispy and had better cover, red, elongated fruit, 6-7" long, excellent taste with sweet overtones and a good fresh flavor, high yield, this tomato made the best sauce of any I have tried, even after cooking the flavor was sweet, midseason all that is known is that this tomato was saved for generations by the Schlueter family of Illinois, it was brought from Europe, probably Germany
