Beefsteak tomato. Large pink fruit are flattened and have slight green coloring on top. Strong ribbing at the stem end. Fruit typically found clusters of 2-3. Fruit measure 2.5-3.5 inches long, 3.5-5 inches wide, and weigh up to 2 pounds. Indeterminate plants with regular leaves and flowers with slightly exserted styles. Later maturing and above average productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. BRIX reading 5.8. Very good taste qualities and has a slight smoky flavor. SSE Accession # 121734
