Burwood Prize

This potato leaf, indeterminate pumped out loads of small (2 -4 oz) juicy tomatoes in my Georgia garden. The two seed cavities are very juicy with an excellent acidic tomato flavor. A mid-season tomato that began ripening in about 85 days. By researching I found mention of this variety in a 1942 Washington D.C. publication, and in 1905 from a trial in New Zealand. Other sources call it an Australian family heirloom from the 1900s. Organically grown. See photo.
