Buffy

Snap bean. 48 to 52 days to green poded snaps, and 80 days to first dry pods. Grew these in the summer of 2014 to test the beans culinary values. Found the snap pods to be tender, and stringless after cooking up to about 7 inches in length, and of good flavor. Also found the snap pods to be relatively straight. Large, productive, 24 inch tall plants with darker green foliage than many other varieties. Plants also grow upright without runners. Seeds are half inch long cream tan when harvested new.
