Sweetheart

Orange oblong roots with blunt tips and rounded green tops. Curved roots have ridged skin and a slightly liter orange interior flesh. Roots measure 4-7" long and weigh 1.5-3 oz. Yellow-green leaves with slight dissection are sparse and mostly prostrate. Low bolting and splitting tendency when grown in 215 at Heritage Farm.
