Gribovskaya

Dark red, flattened roots. Roots buried in soil. Semi-smooth skin. Red flesh; slight to moderate ring formation. Very good flavor, nice balance of sweetness and earthiness, spicy, aromatic. Leaves green to purple-green with purple veins and petioles; upright. Beets 3" long, 3.5" wide, and 7-10oz at market maturity. Brix 8.9.
