SWEET
C. annuum. This is a sweet pepper, though not incredibly sweet. It does have a very mild, hardly noticeable heat. The fruit is crunchy with a very tough skin and is very juicy. The fruit is triangular in shape with some corking and semi-wrinkled skin. The walls are crinkled. They mature from green to dark red. Very low productivity during the 2019 growout at Heritage Farm.
