Medium-sized, red globe tomato. Fair flavor. Not particularly sweet and medium-high acidity. Semi-determinate, highly productive, compact plants. Early to mid-season maturing. Fruit measure 2 inches long, 2-2.5 inches wide, and weigh 3-5 ounces. 3-5 fruit per cluster. Fruit develop some radial cracking and are susceptible to splitting. Brix reading 4.1. Regular leaves. acquired by SSE in 1997 from the Charlie M. Rick Tomato Genetics Resource Center of the University of California, Davis, which acquired the seed from the USDA, which acquired the seed as a donation in 1961 from the University of New Hampshire. This variety was developed at the New Hampshire Agricultural Experiment Station around 1947. It resulted from crosses between Allred and Marglobe. SSE Accession # 125824
