Elephant

Mild, sweet flavor. Some variation in plant height and width of pseudostem. Light bloom on leaves, grey-green foliage. Pseudostems are white at the base, but mostly green and slightly swollen. Plants measure 1.4-2.0' tall. Pseudostems measure 6.0-13" long and 1.0-1.6" wide when grown at Heritage Farm in 2018. SSE Accession # 111370
