Banta

Dark orange tapered roots with ridged skin and slight green coloring at near the top. Flesh is bright orange and uniform. Roots measure 5-8" long and weigh 2.75-5.5 oz. Green leaves are somewhat dissected and very dense. Low bolting tendency when grown in 2015 at Heritage Farm. Rated in top 10 for overall taste at 2015 Seed Savers taste evaluation.
